Epicurean is a leader in the consumer cutting boards market with a variety of products covering three main product areas; Gourmet, Commercial and Outdoor.
Struggling to promote their product niches as a whole, 3five were onboarded to bring together the three distinct segments under one domain. The goal of this project was to unify the web browsing experience while introducing the entire Epicurean product offering to customers. Each segment will have its own landing page and section within the site while all sharing one shopping cart.
We were successful in creating a modern and aesthetically pleasing website for Epicurean which provided definition to each product section. Using crisp, clear imagery we were able to differentiate each product section, distinguishing what each product and product section is designed for.
The navigation structure of the website was much improved. The previous site was cluttered and made identifying vital information difficult. Products were deep within pages of the site making it challenging for users to browse products and categories. We were able to centralize the products with each category having its own landing page making it easy for users to browse for specific products.
We also ensured that the site was built to be responsive, allowing it to expand and contract according to the screen size of a user’s device.
